A simple, secure process to migrate your email archives to Gmail. Here's what to expect.
What You Do
Provide Your MBOX Files
Send us your MBOX archive files. These are exported from Google Takeout. We'll securely receive your files and verify their integrity.
Authorize Gmail Access
Click the authorization link we send you. You'll sign in to your Gmail account and grant our application permission to import emails. This uses Google's secure OAuth2. We never see your password.
Review Your Migration Report
Once complete, we'll send you a detailed report showing exactly what was imported containing total messages, labels applied, and any issues encountered. Verify everything looks correct in your Gmail.
What We Do
Validate & Prepare Your Archives
We analyze your MBOX files for compatibility, check for corruption, and prepare them for import. Your original files remain untouched throughout the process.
Import Messages to Gmail
Using the Gmail API, we carefully import each message while preserving dates, attachments, read status, and folder structure (converted to Gmail labels).
Generate Detailed Reports
We create a comprehensive migration report including message counts, success/failure status, and any issues encountered. This gives you complete visibility into exactly what was imported.
Securely Delete Your Data
After successful migration and your confirmation, we permanently delete your MBOX files from our systems. Migration reports are retained for 365 days for support purposes. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
